Here are some source RPMs I've created under Red Hat 7.1 Linux (x86). Hmm, at least my base system is Red Hat 7.1
with loads of RawHide updates, so no guaranty can be given that the source RPMs below will compile/work on the
plain distribution. But they should also compile/work for Red Hat 8/9.
Feel free to give it a try. Binary packages are built with
rpm --rebuild <package.src.rpm>
or
rpmbuild --rebuild <package.src.rpm>
If you don't trust my SRPMs you can download the source code from the homepage and use the .spec file to build packages
(see RPM documentation). .spec files that require patches to build the packages are not separately available for download (but
can be extracted from the SRPMs, again: RTFM!).
Some of these SRPMs were tested to compile fine on Red Hat 6.x, too! (clean .specs... ;-) )
Why SRPMs (and not binary RPMs)?
Because binary RPMs will only work in the environment they were compiled, i.e. depend on specific library versions. It's
better to create binary RPMs from the SRPMs on the system it is run to avoid these problems (besides I can't provide "clean"
binary RPMs because I don't run a "clean" Red Hat 7.1 installation)

All you have to do is change the sublevel definition in line 7 of the .diff file, e.g. from
SUBLEVEL = 22
to
SUBLEVEL = 23
